Delete your account

You can delete your FRAME account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the app (fastest)

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account, choose a reason if you like, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

E-mail hello@joinframe.art from the address your account is registered to, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify it is really you and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by e-mail.

What gets deleted

Your profile (username, photo, bio), e-mail address, birth date record, collections, reviews and ratings, likes, exhibition rooms, uploaded images, push token, and feed personalisation data.

What we keep

Only what safety and law require: moderation records tied to removed content, and records of reports you filed or that were filed about your content. These are kept separate from your identity wherever possible.
